Made from fresh pasteurized cow's milk with the addition of yeast and unique Bulgarian ferment. Undergone the necessary technological processing and maturation process at least 30 days. No vegetable fats and vegetable proteins. The cheese is especially rich in calcium and protein. Fat content of at least 45% of dry matter.
