Non EU member countries: If you live in a European country which is not a member of the European Union, we suggest that you contact us before placing your order just to make sure there are no import restrictions in your country on the items you want to purchase.
Non European countries: If you live in the US, please visit our US store at Find BG Food. If you live in a country other than in the US or Europe, we may still be able to ship some items to you so please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping of Perishable or Non-Suitable Items
Some of the food items in our online store are perishable, for example they may need to be kept frozen while in transit so they don't go bad. We may not be able to ship perishable items to all European destinations. Usually the product page will indicate if an item is perishable and which country it can be sent to. Some items can also be deemed as non-suitable for mailing to the destination country, usually due to customs restrictions. In some cases we can deem any item unsuitable to travel to the delivery address and remove it from your order; if this happens we will issue a refund for it. In all cases, by placing an order containing perishable items, you, the customer, accept all responsibilities for the condition in which they are received.
Once you make your selection, shipping will be added automatically to your order at checkout. We use a variety of parcel carriers. The shipping price varies based on the carrier and destination. You will be able to see how much your postage will cost on the Checkout Page. Most items can be shipped to any country in Europe. For outside of Europe deliveries and addresses with P.O. boxes, please contact us first to ensure that your order can be processed.
We make every effort to ensure that all products arrive to their final destination in the best condition possible so if your order contains perishable items we may contact you to arrange for a quicker delivery.
When To Expect Your Order
In most cases we can process and send your order on the very same day it is placed. However, if you placed your order after mid-week, we may delay the shipment date to the beginning of the following week in order to avoid the package spending the weekend at a postal facility. We will send you an email when your order is shipped. You can check your order status at any time in your Account History.
